Recently I started making honeycomb pasta. It's very good. Here's how, I make it.
Ingredients
- Rigatoni pasta shells
- Butter
- Bolognese sauce (feel free to add mince or quorn mince)
- Mozzarella cheese
- Grated mozzarella and cheddar
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 190C/170C Fan/Gas 5 before greasing your cake tin with butter. In the meantime, boil your pasta.
2. Fill the cake tin with the rigatoni pasta, stood upwards and packed together until the tin is filled.
3. Add a chunk of mozzarella to the inside of each rigatoni shell before adding the bolognese sauce on top.
4. Sprinkle on a generous layer of grated cheese and bake in the oven for around 15-20 minutes.
5. Slice and serve!
