What's next? - after removing Eufy products from our catalog.

RAR has and will always be privacy-focused. In case you missed it, Eufy Technologies and Anker Innovations are no longer partners with RAR Group due to violation of RAR's Fairplay for brands T&C and past actions.


What's next?

RAR has already removed all of Eufy's products from its catalog. Our systems are still syncing and we ask you to be patient. No new orders of Eufy products will be processed! Have further questions? Please refer to the FAQ section of this article or reach us via the RAR app.


Frequently Asked Questions


I just ordered a Eufy product. What will happen?

If your order was placed anywhere between the 5th and 10th of March 2024 and is yet to be dispatched, we'll refund you your money by the 17th of March. If you don't receive a refund by that date, please contact us. If you've received your order, please return it to us. As we are in the process of deactivating new Eufy sign-ups, you won't be able to connect or use the device. You will receive a refund immediately when we receive the device for the full price.


I am currently renting a Eufy product. What will happen?

Your safe! RAR OS will still work with any Eufy device and we will provide support and instructions. While not mandatory, we recommend that you request a return box so that we can get all Eufy products out of circulation faster. You will be compensated for the time. Please request your in the RAR app under My Device. You'll not be able to request or get any extensions on your rental.


I bought a Eufy device from RAR. What will happen next?

Don't worry, RAR supports all of its devices (even discontinued ones). RAR OS will work as before and you'll get new updates. You'll be able to visit our service center, you'll receive customer support and tutorials. While RAR finds new ways to get accessories from Eufy, you won't be able to buy any Eufy accessories directly from us.


What about my cameras? What will happen next?

Your videos are saved and RAR OS will continue protecting you. If it's a rental, follow the steps in the RAR app to prepare your device for a return. All cameras, including those in Eufy's robots, will be deactivated between the 14th and 17th of March.


When will the ban be removed?

RAR Group currently doesn't have an estimate. While not partners, Eufy understands the situation and accepts the warning. Unfortunately, due to our safety procedures, we aren't able to work with them until the ban is lifted. We hope to continue working together soon.
